Historic Nightly Rentals
Two Unique Properties in downtown Eureka Springs
We currently own and manage two historic properties in the heart of downtown Eureka Springs.
- The Eureka Springs Coffee House Building hosts two nightly rentals upstairs above the coffee house. Spacious and updated, these units can be rented as one very large space or two smaller.
- The Dr John Ellis House is one of the founding homes of Eureka Springs. Sitting right next door to the Crescent hotel, the Ellis House hosts two units with their own private entrances and no shared indoor spaces.

“We loved staying here! The location was perfect for walking to all the restaurants and shops, and having a parking spot downtown was great.”
