WALK EVERYWHERE DOWNTOWN! it's so easy to park and stay! This very large, 2 bedroom suite is located right in the heart of downtown Eureka Springs above the favorite local Coffee House. It is a large open space with a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Additional features include a home theater projection system with surround sound and a deck that overlooks Main street. One parking space is included and you can easily walk to everything Eureka.

This amazing balcony suite is located in the heart of downtown Main Street. The balcony on the front of the building is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the downtown lifestyle that Eureka Springs has to offer.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is on the front of the building, it has a queen-sized bed.

Bedroom 2: Has a twin over full bunk bed

Living room has a single futon. It's small and can hold 1 adult or two children.

Bathroom: This suite has one bathroom with a shower, no tub.

The entrance to the space is up the back stairs and is connected to another suite by a hallway.

This space includes 1 free parking space downtown in our small lot.

PLEASE NOTE: This space is on the 2nd floor, so there are stairs required to access the apartment.

There is lots of noise downtown, you will hear street noise, people, and more when you stay in this apartment. Every Monday morning the trash picks up and you will hear the trucks rolling at 6am picking up glass and dumpsters. We are surrounded on 3 sides by nightclubs so you will hear people around town late into the night on weekends.

There are 2 separate duplex rental units in this building that share a rear entrance and a hallway. You will be provided the code for the back door and a key for your space. There are cameras on the rear of the building monitoring when people are coming and going.

Hosts live in the building for any questions or concerns you have.

Our 130-year-old historic building has an amazing history and is located right at the bottom of the famous rainbow staircase. Take a short walk to get to amazing restaurants and shopping or grab the trolley at the stop next door.

The trolley stop is right next to our building, giving you access to the entire town.

$30 in vouchers will be provided for each night of your stay (with a max of $100 total per stay) These can be used in the coffee house on the first floor anytime during your stay. These are good for fresh food and drink items only, not retail items.

Check out our other listing connected to this space by a hallway, rent both spaces for more room. They stay booked up to 3 months ahead, so plan early for the entire 2nd floor.

This suite is located in the heart of the downtown historic district, there will be noise. We are surrounded on 3 sides by night clubs, so on the weekends, there is often live music and people talking out on the streets late into the night especially in the summer. If you are looking for a quiet night in downtown Eureka, then make plans to see us in January or February. The Coffee House is opened every day, all year long.

PARKING: The parking is very limited in downtown Eureka Springs. Unfortunately we are only able to offer ONE parking space for this unit in our lot. There are some additional parking options in downtown that are paid or you can park for free in the Music Park lot that is located at 288 Main Street, about 3/4 of a mile down main street from our property. There is a trolley stop at the train station that is close to the park. The other option is to pay in any of the private or city parking in downtown. Any spot with a coin meter is city parking and free overnight from 6pm - 8am the next day.

Building Quirks: The building is 130 years old, even though it has been renovated there are still some things that will help make your stay better. If you use the balcony, make sure the door stays closed, it has a tendency to open on its own, please lock the deadbolt when not in use. To manage the temp, it is best to keep the blinds closed and fans running. The ceilings are high, and even though we added new insulation and a new HVAC unit to this space, it still won't cool much below the low 70's in the dead heat of summer. Due to historical regulations, the windows have not been replaced in the front of the building.
